NEC Experience: I have administered contracts using NEC with London Underground and the Environment Agency since 2001 in the UK.

Since January 2016 I have been responsible for the team providing training and NEC advice to various Hong Kong Government departments including Drainage Services, Water Services, Electrical and Mechanical Services and the Development Bureau.

I have undertaken online training in 2017 covering Introduction to ECC, Programme Provisions under NEC3 Contracts and NEC3: ECC Project Manager Accreditation.

I have also completed 4 days Project Manager Accreditation training in February 2017 and have successfully passed the accreditation exam.

I am the Arcadis Asia User Group representative based in Hong Kong.
