NEC Experience: Early experience with the NEC3 included the drafting of Contract Data and Works Information for a number of civil engineering projects for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council under the YorCivil Procurement Framework. Projects included:

-    NEC3 ECC Option A - Withernsea Boat Slipway (£1.6m)
-    NEC3 ECC Option A - Leconfield Flood Alleviation Scheme (£500K)

More recently, experience gained working with a project management team to draft and collate Works Information for a £600K project for a UK chemical processing company based in Hull.

Experience in Project Managing a £540K complex refurbishment scheme of a Grade II listed building at the Pocklington Arts Centre, Pocklington, East Yorkshire. Duties included the complete design and reconfiguration of the building to provide new usable spaces for events, a bar, gallery, commercial kitchen, offices and conference/ meeting space. Drafting and tendering of a NEC3 ECC Option A Contract as amended by the YorBuild procurement framework. Project Management duties included the administration of the contract through to completion, instructing variations, assessing compensation events, dealing with early warning issues, chairing project meetings and certifying payment in a proficient manner so that cash flow met strict deadlines set by a public funding body. Completed in April 2016, the project was delivered on time and within budget.
