NEC Experience: Regarding NEC training, I obtained the NEC3: ECC Project Manager Accreditation in April 2017 and NEC3: ECC Supervisor Accreditation in November 2017. I also attended the NEC Webinar “Revealing NEC4” on 5 April 2017 and “The Project Manager in the NEC4 ECC: what’s new and different?” on 17 May 2017.

Regarding NEC experience, I were assigned as Service Manager’s delegate of the project responsible for managing and contract administration of Task Order of the dredging works for commissioning of Berth 2 of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal under CEDD Seawall Maintenance Works Contract (NEC3 TSC Option B Contract) in Hong Kong. It was a very short duration of 5.5 month (from mid-March to end August 2014), so as to facilitate the berthing of medium size cruise vessel at the Second Berth, in advance of execution of dredging works under the other CEDD Site Formation for Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Development Remaining Works Contract.

Furthermore, I participate in the drafting tender documents of a new Hong Kong government works contract for Tung Chung New Town Extension- Reclamation and Advance Works recently (from April 2016 to present). NEC 3 ECC Option B contract form is adopted for this contract and the construction/contract period is from end 2017 to 2022 tentatively.
