NEC Experience: As category lead for Facilities Management I lead on procurement of both first and second generation Department for Transport Total Facilities Management contracts using NEC3 Term Service Contract.
This included 11 separate business units consisting of approximately 1200 properties, ranging from main flagship buildings to remote huts on the side of cliffs.
I now act as The Employer under this contract.

To maintain the DVSA estate I have procured and managed contracts using the NEC3 suite since approximately 2007.
These include NEC3 Professional Services Contract, NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, Engineering and Construction Contract Option A and Engineering and Construction Framework Contract.

Accredited NEC3 Term Service Manager – September 2017
