NEC Experience: Roles and responsibilities:
I am an experienced, highly motivated and innovative problem-solving Framework Manager who has over 20 years’ experience of working within the construction industry. During this time I have worked on numerous and sometimes complex Highway and Airport (Civil and Military) projects up to the value of £56m, under various NEC Options.

I have successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams through the tender stage, site investigation works, all stages of design management, cost analysis of proposed solutions, buildability reviews and successfully delivered schemes that include bridge replacement schemes, highway major maintenance schemes thorough to runway resurfacing schemes.

In my current role, I lead and manage the framework delivery team on a day-to-day basis, providing the support and encouragement to enable each team member to work efficiently, safely and within budget, and in accordance with Morgan Sindall’s commitment to ‘Perfect Delivery’, while devoting time to building relationships with the various Eastern Highways Alliance (EHA) members’ and engaging with the public and stakeholders. Using my experience of working with Local Authorises, I seize the initiate to deliver excellent projects that exceed EHA members and other stakeholder expectations. I achieve this through motivational leadership and collaborative relationships throughout the framework.
